Never understood why this isn't on the index page Most likely because Dave didn't know about the kit when he put the showroom together and I hadn't happened across it yet. The showroom was based on Dave's collection as he was putting it together. I had been finding him kits towards the end of his collection and once he stopped, the showroom was capped off. At least that's sort of how I remember it.

Makes sense. I had the DTT new, still have most except glass. Found MIB one, going to build it sometime, had another I sold. Have a couple builder RTT's, one is about 1/2 done. Had Chrometech redo stuff. Glass is usally a problem, but workable usually. DTT has a chrome Pontiac OHC six and Toronado TH425. Not a notable tow motor. Glass is very cool, cover for bed + clear tailgate. Clear aero glass that meets bed glass when straight ahead. Curved rear window like 70 Impala. Front glass tilts up. RTT has chassis insert for motor, still looks like OHC six. Simplified pivot for cab, DTT has cool shock dampers you put together. No glass for bed with RTT. Beds are pretty narrow, and tailgate really not much of a ramp Rear wheelwells narrow, tires hang waaaay out. A favorite. If ever stuff is added, it'd be great. Site is still killer, I remember finding it 1st time. Wow.

Yes, the Daytona transport is one of my grail kits. I sure would be pumped if Round 2 could/would find the tooling for that kit and re-release it.....(hint)(hint)
