Just completed a test build of Jack Keef's Stage Fright. But it won't be ready for release for another week or two. This one was a real challenge for me. Keeping in mind that my goal is a one sheet model ...all parts have to fit on one Letter sheet, along with photos, banner and other non-essentials. I'm also trying to make the model as few parts as possible...simplification of the design is key. But sometimes, there are shapes and aspects of the design that just don't simplify well. Another problem is scale...I like to try to keep certain groups within a similar scale range, so they look okay when displayed together, but Stage Fright ended up too big to fit on the page. I didn't want to reduce the scale, so I redesigned it and simplified it even further. Anyway, the final result is passable...I'm okay with it.

Great stuff you've done Dave ! Very impressive glue hiding too . LOL I'm learning still...! I recently returned here myself , I'm also on a lot of other modelling related sites... I have just started doing some papercraft models (good ol' pintrest...) and I even found a VW beetle with a camper rear !! I've been horizontal for over two years with a bad leg injury - I am mobile - just , (but the rest does me good LOL ) and building any scale cars 1:72 up to 1:8 is a good therapy for my boredom . I shall be visiting cutandfold as soon as I've updated all the sites . Next Wednesday then?? LOL Cheers from Brighton , England! . Spence.
