[glow=red,2,300]Blending the Parts...[/glow] I Cut and Fit 4 pieces of plastic to Bridge the Gap between the Fenders and the Rear of the CordVette. Here is another view! I spread putty over all the rough spots, now for some more Sanding... I like how the back is looking.

I'm wondering if you are going to put in the engine? Or are you going to leave it molded closed?

you could take the small disc attachment with a dermel and concave those 4 small pieces on the rear for a curve look and not have it straight across...does that make sense?...my two cents... It's looking great Ira

Ira, is that little indent under the center of the boat tail for back up lights, tag or will it become center exhaust....perhaps none of the above? Whatever......I really like everything about this car, great lines.

[glow=red,2,300]WHERE'S THE ENGINE???[/glow] The Original Plan was to put a Spare Tire in the Rear Window Area, that looked OK.... Then I thought about an Engine for the CordVette...Time to use some Ferrari Parts! Like Big 12 Cylinder Engine!!! It's a Lot of Engine, but it Fits in there Just Right! I'm a Happy Guy!

Now tour talking! The rear engine is putting this Over the top.
Does the rear glass go under the body much? It would be nice if you could extend the back side of the rear glass a bit to show more of the engine.

( foot tapping) you said it may show the under engine up front... ha ha. I know, once you create something different and ideas begins to pour in and changes as you go! :-) nice iea and that's gonna make the lokers take a look in the back of that window wondering what that is. Way to go!
A penny for a thought.... the gas cap is right on back ? Maybe considering a removal if you put engines and move that cap up front just below the windshield? A decor there.

You know I love this project very much ... til this moment all your changes were great ... but the engine in the back ... ? the Futurista engine concept mixed with a big (empty) cord front ? Hmmm ... my stomache says no ... This engine ... definetely yes ... but for my taste in the front just my 2 cents

another penny for a thought.... for the engine sitting in back... maybe you d consider scribble the line on the back of body indicating a hood lines. You would wonder how we get an access to the engine in real life if the problems exist, should we fold down the seat and attend on engine.. ugh

[glow=red,2,300]SMOOTHING OUT THE LINES...[/glow] I added a piece of strip plastic along the side edges of the roof. After a little putty and sanding, I've got a nice clean, straight edge!
