Thanks ScratchFever, it was a very nice build, but I wish they would keep the chrome parts separate from other parts, I know most of them do, but not in this case.

Ohh, great job Pat! Looks really cool! Is the steering poseable in this kit or did you modify it?

Thanks again James, yes the steering works as part of the kit, and it works very well too.

James here's a couple of shots I took whilst building just after I'd fitted the steering and test fitted the bodyshell.............. They show the extent of the steering travel side to side.

Pleasure James, now a taster of my resin transkit build, mainly scratchbuilt with quite a few bits from the various spares boxes...chassis copied and built today and added some Centreline rims......

Oh wow! How cool! I love it! What's going on the bed? Anything?

Well I've had various ideas, use coffee sticks to lay a wood floor, use the same coffee sticks to make a woody style bed fence all round, last year I bought some scale flat pack cardboard boxes that need to be folded and glued, I have a roof rack kit, lay on surfboards, or mount a mountain bike in the back on a carrier. So many ideas such short a time!

That's gonna be cool Pat! I've never seen one of your builds in progress - it'd be cool to see a build thread if you're so inclined!
Think you might consider joining the Name Game contest that I'm arranging too?

I'll have to read that again. I have no rod kits left and they are quite difficult to get here in the UK. Is it like a community build? Am I on the right idea or not?

Yeah, or a showrod build! So, everyone comes up with a name and sends it to someone (me, in this case). It could be, say, the British Bulldog or the Crazy T or whatever. Then, the names get drawn at random and someone else gets your name to build, and you get someone elses!

Well done, Pat! Nice use of the anodized chrome. Just enough color accent to tie in with the flames.

Thanks Dennis, the resin build so far............. Just built a second Mountain Bike and covered the frame in chrome tape. I'm looking for some thin wire to do the brake/gear/cables and chain tomorrow. Woodgrain decalled the rear deck inside the coffee stick wooden slat sides. Made a two bike rack for the deck. And just test fitted it all to the body. Still unsure about the body colour.

Great job Pat, it looks good with the roof on or off. I feel inspired to get my Li'l Van out of the stash now.
