I predict a body-graft in this build’s future. But WHICH body? 🤔. Only thing I could think of was the S’cool bus maybe? Can’t wait to see what it is! Sorry Jim, you are far off! I’m out of ideas 😂

As I said, the indentation in the front fender for the spare wheel is no longer needed, but the resulting recess is already needed… Now it is slightly enlarged: From a 2 mm thick PS plate I carved this here: ... and here is his destination: … and two more parts: … they come in here:

Thank you very much! It continues, another part, 2mm thick: ... comes here: … and another part, again 2mm thick: ... comes here: … another four parts, again 2mm thick, but much bigger : After innumerable many minutes and painstakingly measuring, calculating and drawing: Ok... ... now you can already see what that will be, right?

Here I have roughly opened the windows and doors: ... and here are all openings refined and all walls are put together: I have to remove something at this marked location: Now I can test the whole thing if everything fits: Ok... ... now you can already see what that will be, right?

More Progress. There will be some ornaments on this body. Now comes the adjustment of the trims, which is very time consuming and there is almost no room for Errors: From these square tubes... … I made a frame... … that comes up here... Under the frame I placed 2mm thick round rods around the body... From a 1mm thick PS plate I carved this here … that comes above the previous frame... … under this I placed more 2mm thick round rods, again around the body…

I need these 4 parts to complete the body... ... these are the adjustments of the fender curves... Two more plates... .. to close the Openings again... ... and to achieve the effect that the windows are recessed in the body...
