I don't think the listing said when it was built I think that was the year it was manufactured if you look on the show room page the original kit year was 1966

If this has been canceled than why do so many online sites still have it listed as available?

I should have made myself more clear on this. What I should have posted was (is the Laramie stage ghost still the most rare show rod out there) but I ran out of room

I just want everyones opinion on this. Is the laramie stage ghost still the most expensive and rare kit out there I mean this kit has been going for less and less and showing up on eBay more and more. I know that this kit is very rare but is it still the most rare?

personally I'm not sure it's a good deal it it's missing a lot of parts including the whole front suspension. Dang it! Someone jumped my bids!
RSS
by the way would that be on the stage ghost or the uncertain t? I only say that because the uncertain t looks pretty down there at $14.00

The back to the future car could be one of the kits released by amt throughout the eighties and nineties. also may be one of the amt blue printer car double deal that they offered back in the nineties. The box came with cars from movies two and three. It could also be one of the polar lights kits that shared a very similar design

I guess it's more of a personal score but just a few moments ago I won a lil' cashbox for a hundred dollars. I know that's a little bit much but it has been a personal grail of mine for a while and it was the first kit I l ever bid on and lost on eBay. But last night while searching eBay I came across an auction/ buy it now and thought that the price wasn't bad considering the fact that I have bid way more for kits mint in box. The only problems I could see on this kit were a small bit broken off the body and a missing bit on the safe both easily fixed with a bit of sheet plastic. The seller also gave me a photo copy of the instructions with the kit. The lot also included the mint condition box and the damaged decals

It's looking very nice and I must say the color looks very good. I have been working with nail polish for a couple of weeks now and personally I prefer to just work with the standard model paints.
