I went to that local model show a while back and bought another Blazing Bison pulling tractor for the matching trio of engines, another dang Ivo Showboat that I keep swearing will be the last one because the headers are built one pipe at a time, lol, and a TeeVee Dunebuggy. I like the paddle tires. Everything is just parts to me. Something will have four engines in the future.... and another will have three. I don't know what yet, but something is getting over-powered.

Either way is fine with me. Secret or not... you guys decide on that. I'm game. I will say that if someone gets a name they can't think of anything for, and mine is better, pm me and I will trade. I don't care. I'll build a car to any name.

The site got too janky and clogged with ads to work right.. I stopped using it, though most of my photos are still on there. I'm not paying for anything, especially $400. Their marketing people are not very good. And you can't give away something for free and then charge a ton later. I get that their storage space is expensive on their end, but they should have thought about that ten years ago.
The site doesn't work well enough for me to mess with it. It reminds me of being on dialup.

I spent the weekend stomping the Tri-Five Nationals with a camera so no model building for me... But I did buy a few things the other week. I'm looking forward to my fall building season.

I have some aftermarket ones somewhere that are more correct than the wider-spaced ones on the General Lee... I will see if I can dig them up.

Hi kabdriver, Thanks for your response and for the welcome. Is it okay to list individual kits on this site, or should I just say "I've got a lot of kits so let me know what you are looking for"? Post them up in the for sale section. These are your people... And yes, welcome aboard and thank you for joining us.

Sorry to not post this in the wanted section, but I have a local model car contest on Saturday and I want to enter my High Roller Camaro in the box stock category and they require the instructions.
I literally just trashed a pile of instructions not too long ago...
If anyone has, or knows somebody who has, a copy they can scan or cell-phone pic me, PLEASE let me know.
Thanks!

The Little Tub looks great! I love the color, too... While most of my stuff is put up until winter.. I was poking along on this one: It needs paint and decals... I think the rest is done... and while not on the bench per say, I caught a great deal from Hobbylinc on these two.. The Royal Rail has long been on my grail list, and I know exactly what I'm going to do to it... the Manx has some cool VW parts, too..

We could try. however, contest participation has been waaaaayyyy down in the last few. Folks just like to lurk. We used to be cool... LOL.
Admittedly my own "building season" is in the winter months. I don't build anything in the warmer months with my gardening and car projects. but if you guys had enough interest and wanted to knock something together, I'm always for it.

My entries were the Psycho Sidewinder: and Bud's Exotic Flower Delivery: That was such a great contest... I think we did an entry thread on the old board. It must be lost in the sands of time.

Man, I can't believe we don't have photos from that one anywhere. We got the decals, and built kits.. I want to say we even had winners? Is that right? I can't find any threads or info...

I think the Orange Slice is a very cool name and theme for the '40 Ford. Find some cool headers that flow with the proportions without being too kooky and it will be pretty neat. I also have a pile of stalled projects, a Horned Toad kitbash being one of them, along with it's cousin, the Rattler. I might try and stick them together or something. HobbyBobby your stuff always fires me up!
